Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on base layers, leggings, or any personalized Irish gifts (marked as “Final Sale”). All other items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please include:

  • The RMA number clearly marked on the package
  • Original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
  • All items in original condition with tags attached

Step 3: Refund or Exchange Processing

Upon receiving your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). International transactions may take 7-10 days to appear in your account.
  • Exchanges: Shipped via your original shipping method within 2 business days of receipt. For size exchanges, we’ll notify you if your preferred size is unavailable.

Important Information

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • For international returns, mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no additional cost
