For international customers, please note that customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
- Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Non-returnable items:
- Personalized or custom Irish gifts
- Kids’ base layers (for hygiene reasons)
- Any item marked as final sale
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return your item:
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] to initiate your return and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Package your item securely in the original packaging if possible
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Clearly write your RAN on the outside of the package

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
